Mykonos

. July 31, 2015 .

Whilst I still have a lot to show you from Amsterdam, I simply couldn't wait to get an outfit from my time in Mykonos up, and this amazing dress is too good not to share. Embroidery and a tasseled hem definitely is the formula for perfect holiday dresses, and pairing it against the iconic Mykonian blue and white streets makes it all the prettier. Though, you'll have to excuse my tired face and windswept hair. It was our first night on the island, and what I discovered upon arriving was that the Cyclades in Greece are win-dy. I'm talking knock your glass of rosé right off the table windy. It is, actually, quite refreshing to have breezy sunny weather rather than dry, blistering heat, so long as it doesn't blow up your dress or have you whipped in the face by your own hair. And of course, a little Marylin moment never hurt nobody, and the occasional gust certainly doesn't take anything away from the unique beauty of Mykonos. Have you ever been to the Cyclades islands or anywhere else in Greece? I've fallen head over heels for the country and would love to hear about your travels in the comments.

I have so much more to share with you from my recent travels (streets like these make for an awfully snap happy Lucia) so stay tuned for more summer looks, city guides and photo diaries. On another note, I've chosen to go back to a traditional blog layout with full posts on the home page, rather than having a 'read more' button. I personally prefer being able to scroll through content without having to click here and there but would really love to know what you guys think? Let me know in the comments!

Don't forget there's 3 day's left to enter my Radley giveaway, you have the chance to win the gorgeous grey leather clutch featured in my previous post - head on over to my Instagram to enter.

I'm so excited to finally get this post up after almost a month of travelling and some god awful wifi issues! I've teamed up with Radley to giveaway one of these beautiful Golden Square grey clutch bags that I'm wearing.

My wardrobe seems to have transitioned into a colour palette of whites, blues and greys this season so this gorgeous clutch is the perfect addition. For this look I styled it with my favourite denim dress, worn as a pinafore with a cute off the shoulder top thrown underneath topped with a trusty fedora. The the pale grey leather looks gorgeous against denim - making it perfect for all my day-today denim looks! Though I know it'll be the perfect companion for a chic summer dress too.

Now for the exciting part - you guys now have the chance to have your very own Radley and to enter it's so simple! Just head over to my Instagram (@luciagrace), make sure you're following me & @RadleyLondon and comment on my latest Radley image - it's that simple! Just head on over to enter & all details can be found there. Good luck!

My Radley - Giveaway

Amsterdam

. July 23, 2015 .

One thing about Amsterdam I didn't expect was how pretty it would be. Each street more gorgeous than the next, with a cute café or boutique on every corner, add that to the hundreds of canals lined with flowers and bicycles and it really is like walking in a post card. Holly and I shot this look in the neighbourhood of Jordaan, the old working district which was my favourite part of the city and where our apartment was.

Our first day consisted mainly of exploring the city, we spent hours discovering Amsteram's quirks and charms, and we're blessed with some gorgeous sunshine too! During the afternoon we had a shopping experience with Sacha Shoes on the main shopping street in Amsterdam. As beautiful as all the independent boutiques are, it's great to also have H&M and Zara around the corner too.

At Sacha we spent the afternoon trying on shoe after shoe and, after much deliberation, I settled for these gorgeous blue suede lace up sandals. I know, my addiction to lace up shoes may be getting a little out of hand.

We then spent the evening at Avondmarkt, an event put on by Amsterdam Fashion Week that was essentially a big festival of fashion, food and a dance floor inside an enormous warehouse covered in fairy lights. You will have probably seen on my snapchat (lucia_grace) a hilarious clip of me trying my first oyster here (I actually quite liked it!).

I can't wait to share more of my trip with you guys - my posts are a little sporadic at the moment. I'm writing this from my terrace in Mykonos and, as always she travelling, wifi issues are giving me grief! Stay tuned x

Hello Amsterdam

South Kensington

. July 14, 2015 .

I know, I know. I'm living in this button down denim skirt a little too often. It's become such an easy, go-to staple piece that happens to go with everything in my summer wardrobe. This mustard blouse is another piece I picked up at Very's summer event a few weeks back. Off the shoulder blouses are great for effortless styling this summer, breezy and chic and perfect whether you're in the city or at the beach. Feeling s optimistic about the British weather as possible, I teamed this look with this gorgeous crochet bag by F&F and these Mango lace-ups (which were a complete steal, BTW).

Meanwhile, I'm still in Amsterdam and my best friend has joined me for an extra few days of exploring this beautiful place! Don't forget to follow my latest updates on Instagram (luciagrace) and Snapchat (lucia_grace), I promise there will be laughs when you see me trying to navigate a bike whilst snapping - probably not my wisest idea. Until next time folks x
