I spent a long time thinking about what to do for this post, I love the festival season and, along with everyone else, I was dying to be at Coachella this year. The music, the fashion and atmosphere at a festival is always incredible, and to go to 3 European ones this summer would be insane. After lots of thinking, I've put together 3 things to bring you one big festival inspired post featuring a couple of outfit's I'd wear, a wish list full of some festival must-haves and well as some inspiration photos from the first big festival this year.
Although festival-going can sometimes get a little messy, I do like to keep true to my style and wear something pretty and team it with an edgy jacket or boots. This matching jacket and shorts combo by Blonde & Blonde is the perfect festival two-piece and I love how they look teamed with white crotchet. In my clear clutch you can see some festival essentials- a lanyard for all things important, anti-bacterial hand gel, an SPF lip balm and some make-up bits to help keep you looking at your festival-finest.
My second look is something Id wear in the evening, perhaps to something like Cochella's Neon Rave Carnival. As you can see I got a bit carried away with pretending to be at a festival- this dress does super crazy things when you dance!
The ultimate festival wish list; hippie bag- check, ankle boots- check, dungarees- check. And don't forget a statement swimsuit, be it pool party, foam party or boat party, you'll need a good bit of swimwear, this South Beach pastel beauty is my favourite.
If you would like to enter too (who wouldn't?!) the deadline for the competition is next Friday so you still have a whole week! Click the link below to read more. Fingers Crossed! <3
