Whats In My Handbag // Paris Edition

. March 07, 2014 .

For one of my Paris posts I though it would be cool to show you guys what I carried around with me in the city, kind of a what you need for a day during PFW. Starting with a good bag, you need one that's not too big to lug around, preferably with a shoulder strap so you can have free hands for taking photos, exchanging business cards and other fashion week type activities!
This Marc B one's the perfect size, fitting in all of the above along with my camera (as long as I take the lens off). The beautiful Wine shade seems to compliment any colour and reminds me of the Margiela clutch I used for last weeks shoot. It's got an adjustable strap, gold clasp and the sweetest little heart charm. I can tell we're going to be spending a lot of time together I haven't stopped using it since it arrived, the colour makes it a perfect transitional piece from AW to SS too.
The contents are kind of a given, complete with a few Parisian touches. Sunglasses - well they're always a must in Paris. My key bits of make up, iPad and phone for that all important instagraming, tweeting & blogging, passport and business cards - just incase I run into anyone super special.
Also pictured is m 3-day metro ticket, which are super teeny so keep them safe! (Between us we managed to lose 3, nightmare). My Eiffel Tower ticket, along with a few business cards from my favourite designers, restaurants and places I went in Paris, they make great little souvenirs and I'm looking forward to looking through all of them again. Lastly a french fashion magazine that I picked up (kind of like a Stylist for us Londoners) that featured the best of PFW, and surprisingly I was able to understand a lot of it! I suppose fashion is the same language everywhere.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post! Head over to Bank to get your own Marc B bag!
