Eden

. August 02, 2014 .

Whilst I was in Cornwall last week with my family we made the traditional day trip to the Eden project. Whilst I've been countless times, the sea of endless flowers and tropical bio domes never get old, the flower fiend I am it's a total paradise.

Reiss dress | Zara bag | Whistles slip ons | Marc Jacobs watch | Asos sunglasses

I've had this dress since I picked it up in the Reiss sample sale a couple of months back, it's had its fair share of outings so fair so it's surprising this is it's first appearance on Style Confessional. It's become a summer staple in my wardrobe, my go-to when I'm not sure what to wear. It's perfect for day or night in this weather and I'm so in love with the fit, it suits my shape down to a tee. If only there were more like it! I kept it comfy in my over-worn slip ons and over-worn Zara bag. The day we went the weather was SO hot and humid, so I'm glad I didn't wear a jacket, you can just imagine how much I was melting in the tropical dome.
Bar the insanely humid heat, I had a beautiful day exploring the stunning gardens, obviously I am very shutter-happy when it comes to flowers and plants. What'd great about the Eden Project is that in addition to creating these beautiful gardens they also focus on running transofrmational social and enviromental projects on their doorstep and around the world and doing valuable research into plants and conservation. A must if you're in the area.
