Tonight Josephine

. December 05, 2017 .
In collaboration with one of my favourite British brands, Radley, I'm so thrilled to share with you one of my favourite campaigns to date. Cocktails, killer accessories and some of my absolute favey blogging gals in the most Instagrammable bar in London – a recipe for a perfect afternoon and the best kick start into party season! I mean, what better way to test out your new festive essentials?

On a frosty November afternoon Gemma, Sophie and I found ourselves sipping (and shaking our own) cocktails in our best party gear at London's girliest new cocktail hotspot, Tonight Josephine. Armed with the most gorgeous new bags and purses from Radley's latest collection, there were metallics, sequins and glitter a plenty and it was festive party mode ON.

As a long-time lover of Radley bags, I'm always impressed with the timeless design and high quality of my bags, so was really excited to try out a metallic texture for the festive season as apposed to my usual 'all black everything' accessories rule. This slick Blackheath Flapover Clutch in Gold is the perfect touch of glamour to compliment my party look, it's super chic and probably the nicest 'going out' bag I own! I loved the fabric texture so much I went for the matching Arlington Street Purse which is gorgeous alone or teamed with the clutch.

And, as lovely as it is to treat myself to these pieces, I know they'll also make the perfect Christmas gifts too. I've mentioned the wonderful quality before, but theres something so special about opening a Radley package, and I know the special ladies in my life would absolutely love to find one under their tree this Christmas.

Hope you enjoy this post as much as I loved creating it and that I've got you in the mood for a cocktail or two this party season!

Party Season Ready with Radley

Bristol

. October 25, 2017 .
I've always loved Halloween. From trick or treating as a kid and making myself ill with the ridiculous amount of sweets I'd devour, to dancing the night away with friends at whatever Halloween themed night club we decide to go to. Of course, fancy dress and costumes has always been a favourite part of the season for me, there's been Sugar Skulls, Wednesday Adams and even an Avatar once!

But now I'm a bit older and don't fancy trotting through town in some of the ridiculous get ups I used to at Halloween, I tend to go for more of a subtle look for nights out over the spooky weekend. So for today's post, I'm super excited to be working with my faves at New Look to share with you my subtle takes on two of the classics, the Devil and the Cat. And, what's even more amazing is that you can get everything here all from one place just in time for the weekend!

For my 'devil' look I went with this gorgeous flocked red bodycon dress that fits like an absolute dream. The long sleeves and velvety texture are super seasonal and it'll be a number you can wear time and time again even after Halloween. But for this look, I teamed it with these beautiful dainty ribbon horns to finish off the devil vibe!

Vinyl trousers are definitely having a moment this season and I've been meaning to get my hands on a pair for ages, so what better excuse to pick them up to nail your Cat Woman outfit for Halloween! I was worried about the fit with my curves but I'm actually obsessed with how flattering they are, and teamed with this gorgeous lace body and matching ears they make for the perfect cat costume.

In addition to these outfits, New Look have virtually everything else you need for Halloween. From cute decorations and party props to killer accessories and even the cutest slogan tees (obsessed with this 'Bootiful' one!).

As always thanks for reading and I hope I've given you some inspo for some subtle classic looks this Halloween.

Two Subtle Looks for This Halloween

Bristol

This post is part of a sponsored collaboration with PANDORA

We're already a whole week into September and London Fashion Week is right around the corner. That means I've got the new season and new trends on the brain and how I'll be wearing them over the next few months. One of my favourite themes for this Autumn Winter are the metallic trends. From glitter stars and moons at Alexander McQueen, to brocade and hammered metal textures at Burberry and Michael Kors, metallics were all over the catwalks for the coming season.

In the lead up to fashion week I'm scouring my September issues and planning some awesome outfits around this trend, but also about how to make it wearable now with the right accessories. That's were these beautiful new pieces by PANDORA come in. When browsing their new Autumn Winter collection, I knew these beautiful opulent silver pieces would be the perfect way to accessorise the metallic looks I have planned for this season. Even with the relaxed garments I'm wearing here ahead of the fashion week madness, the jewellery perfectly picks up on the metallic sheen to my cami top, making the otherwise basic outfit look trend-led.

As you can see, the jewellery catches the light so beautifully and really adds an element of luxe to your outfit whilst still being trend conscious. The Vintage Allure necklace and earrings make a gorgeous matching set that perfectly nails the metallic trend, yet the timeless design is classic and versatile enough to go with anything in your AW wardrobe. I think my favourite of the pieces, though, has to be the rings. I'm used to sticking to slimmer styles but the new season – especially at fashion week – is all about experimenting with something new and making a statement, and these bold, opulent rings do just that. The intricate detailing on them is so gorgeous and eye-catching and of course, they sit perfectly together too.

Which is your favourite PANDORA piece? Don't forget you can see their whole new AW collection here. As always, thanks for reading.
