Suns out, flowers out. This bright two piece has been burning a hole in my wardrobe since February so, taking full advantage of this glorious weather, I took it for it's first outing yesterday. Floral prints are usually a little too twee for me, but with the right styling - the masculine elements in this look for example - I do quite enjoy them in the spring, as cliched as it is. Frassy Fashion headband*
Floral headbands and headresses are always something I've ummed and ahhed about. I think they're so pretty but I've always struggled to find one that suits me and my style. This piece form Frassy Fashion is beautifully delicate. I love how it looks on- it stands out but has a certain subtlety to it which makes it perfect for my style. The floral bit ends just as the blonde bit of my hair starts so it which makes it fit with my hair perfectly, I think waves and flowers are always a good match. It's the perfect accessory for summer evenings and festivals, I wore mine out on my last night in Majorca. I framed my face by matching the pale pastel tones with a Dainty Doll nude lipstick which made the hues balance out quite nicely. As you can see my hair has gone so light in the sun, I've just got back from Marbella and it's even lighter now than it is in these photos! Stay tuned for a couple more of my Majorca posts ;)
The babes at Frassy Fashion have also given me a discount for my lovely readers to use!
