Florals for spring? Groundbreaking

. April 09, 2015 .

Suns out, flowers out. This bright two piece has been burning a hole in my wardrobe since February so, taking full advantage of this glorious weather, I took it for it's first outing yesterday. Floral prints are usually a little too twee for me, but with the right styling - the masculine elements in this look for example - I do quite enjoy them in the spring, as cliched as it is. See more below.

Living in Fulham means I'm on the doorstep of Kensington and Chelsea and that also means I'm blessed with grand white buildings for back drops. I honestly can't get enough of them, especially when their streets are lined with the crazy amount of blossoms in bloom we're having at the moment. The area is also full of so many adorable cafés too - honestly an Instagrammers paradise. In between shooting yesterday Gemma showed me a really cute little one called Muriel's Kitchen, their iced coffee's where to die for.

Fingers crossed this weather decides to stick around and I can start wearing a little more colour. Enjoy the sunshine loves!
